Technical Project Specialist

Solitics is looking for a Technical Project Specialist for the customer Success department. This is an operational high-impact role for someone who thrives on structure, clarity, processes and execution.

What You’ll Do:

As our CS Operations Lead, you will be responsible for enabling execution, processes, predictability, and operational excellence across the Customer Success organization.

You will own the orchestration layer between the Customer Success Managers, Delivery, Product, Data, and other internal teams, ensuring that customer related requests and projects move efficiently, processes are followed, and operational noise is removed from CSMs so they can focus on driving business value. You will also act as the operational backbone of onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring seamless coordination from kickoff to go-live readiness.

This is not a client-facing value role. This is a flow, structure, and execution of ownership role.

Your Impact:

• Own onboarding project execution for new customers
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery for existing clients
• Define and enforce structured workflows between CS, Delivery, Product and other internal departments
• Improve predictability, reduce chaos, and enhance transparency
• Create scalable processes that enable monitoring and growth

Must have:

• 3-5 years of experience in technical project management including operations and project management
• Proven experience working with external customers and actually implementing basic technical requirements (not complex product requirements)
• Highly structured and detail-oriented
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
• People's person with amazing interpersonal skills
• Comfortable driving alignment across technical and business teams
• Calm under pressure and able to remove blockers proactively
• Passionate about building systems that scale
