Air Doctor is a global travel-health tech startup that helps travelers get fast, reliable medical care anywhere in the world when they get sick far from home.

Location: Beit Nekofa (near Hemed Interchange and Mevaseret Zion)
Shifts: 24/7 shift work (including nights and weekends)
Work Model: Hybrid – combination of office and remote work

Requirements:
- High-level proficiency in English and Hebrew, both spoken and written – required
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively
- Experience working with global teams / in a global environment – an advantage
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision-making skills
- Command or leadership background – an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree – an advantage
