As a key member of our team, you will take ownership of scheduling, logistics, and operational support to ensure seamless coordination across global teams, office and client-facing activities.
You will manage leadership scheduling, including coordinating with global teams, arranging travel, and organizing client meetings. Additionally, you will oversee front desk operations, office supply management, and event logistics, such as happy hours. You will also support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews with local team members in collaboration with the global recruiting team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Your work will help drive operational excellence, enabling our teams to focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients. By ensuring efficient scheduling, logistics, and support, you will contribute to the success of both internal teams and client engagements.
You will be based in our Herzliya office, as part of Iguazio by McKinsey team.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in corporate and/or professional services, with a strong emphasis on roles in executive assistance, office services and front desk management, or operations
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules, optimize processes, and deliver seamless organizational support in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to independently initiate tasks and see them
- A service-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Ability to prioritize and deliver excellent work in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
- Hands-on, execution-focused approach to work, demonstrating resilience, reliability, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Exceptional discretion and professional judgment, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
- Highly tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), collaboration tools, and AI tools
- Comfortable working in-person and/or remotely, with the ability to adapt to flexible work arrangements as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
