Job Summary

The ideal candidate would be an experienced Lead Software Engineer, who managed small to medium teams and eager to take part in the development of our Contact Center as a Service product. We are looking for a long-term relationship with a highly motivated leader, who is passionate to investigate, learn and implement new technologies, as well as be happy to think out-of-the-box going beyond the immediate job description to help out where needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Software Engineers in developing backend service as part of the product
• Lead the development of brand-new, innovative Software Product
• Analyze Business requirements and provide effort estimations
• Design and implement flexible, scalable, and resilient Software Product according to up-to-date best practices
• Design and implement efficient deployment strategies in cooperation with DevOps team
• Coordinate development, integrations, and testing across other teams
• Hands-On development
• Write relevant software documents
  
  

• B.Sc. Computer Science (or equivalent) from a known university or relevant military experience
• Experience as a backend software developer: 5+ years
• Experience as a Team Leader: 2+ years
• Experience with C# .core: 2+ years (Recent experience)
• Experience with C/C++: 1+ years (Recent experience)
• Experience with various Cloud infrastructures and development (Azure, AWS, etc..): 1+ years
• Experience with the container infrastructures (AKS , Docker , Azure Container Apps): 1+ years
• Experience with advanced DB capabilities (MySQL, Postgress): 1+ years
• Experience in MulitProcess-Multithreading development: 1+ years
• Experience in Realtime environment
