This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic digital environment, working on large-scale, high-impact applications that serve millions of users, while collaborating with top-tier technology and business teams.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end release processes, from planning to production deployment business stakeholders
- Work closely with development, QA, DevOps, security, infrastructure, and business teams
- Identify blockers, manage dependencies, and drive solutions to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor and ensure adherence to timelines, scope, budget, and release quality
- Operate in a complex, multi-interface environment while meeting strict regulatory and compliance requirements
- Continuously improve planning, control processes, and Agile methodologies
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Release Manager-Must
- 4+ years of experience in digital release planning and management-Must
- Proven experience working with development and QA teams-Must
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments-Must
- Experience working in large-scale organizations-Must
- Experience in financial organizations-an advantage
- Experience working with digital systems / applications- a significant advantage
