Full Stack Engineer

The Collab Unit is looking for an exceptional Full Stack Engineer to join the Audience Team. The Audience Team is responsible for building the products and infrastructure that enable customers to create, manage, and activate high-value audiences across multiple channels and marketing use cases. This is a strategic domain at the heart of how customers derive value from AppsFlyer’s behavioral data.

As a Full Stack Engineer on the team, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling both backend systems and user-facing applications that power audience creation and activation. You will work closely with product, design, architecture, data, and other engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and intuitive solutions. This role is ideal for an engineer who is passionate about solving complex technical challenges across the stack, building high-quality products, and contributing in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and user-facing applications that power audience creation, enrichment, segmentation, and activation
• Take end-to-end ownership of features and services, from design through development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Architecture, and cross-functional engineering teams to define and implement impactful solutions
• Translate product and business requirements into robust technical designs across frontend and backend systems
• Build intuitive, performant, and reliable user experiences alongside scalable and maintainable backend services
• Contribute to architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code with a strong focus on quality, usability, performance, and reliability
• Troubleshoot production issues across the stack and help ensure high operational standards
• Continuously improve development practices, system design, and engineering processes
• Explore and evaluate new tools, technologies, and approaches where relevant
• Contribute to a strong engineering culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  
  

What You Have

• 3+ years of software development experience as a Full Stack Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong experience building both backend services and frontend applications
• Solid understanding of software design, system architecture, and development best practices
• Experience delivering features from design through production in a dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous spaces
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders
• High sense of ownership and accountability
• Proficiency in written and verbal English

• Experience with large-scale data systems, analytical platforms, or real-time data pipelines
