We are looking for a Part-time Procurement Specialist with a strong commercial mindset, hands-on approach, and the ability to lead vendor engagements. This is a high-impact role influencing cost, efficiency, and the company’s ability to move fast and smart.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes - from purchase request to deal closure
• Lead negotiations with vendors - pricing, commercial terms, and service levels (SLA)
• Source new vendors and perform benchmarking
• Work hands-on with ZIP (ZipHQ) for procurement workflows and approvals
• Monitor and control spend - identify cost-saving opportunities
• Work closely with Finance, IT, and business teams
• Review and manage commercial aspects of vendor agreements
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
  
  

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement - required
• Proven experience in vendor negotiations - required
• Experience with procurement systems - experience with ZIP (ZipHQ) is a strong advantage
• Experience working with commercial agreements and supporting contract processes with Legal teams
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Legal, IT, Security, Finance)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with senior management and stakeholders
• Strong commercial mindset with cost optimization focus
• Assertiveness, independence, and ability to drive processes
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in English
