We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project & Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional projects from concept to execution while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational processes across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for optimizing workflows.

About the Role

Translate strategic goals into actionable tasks and ensure smooth execution across all departments.
Collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to keep workflows running efficiently.
Lead and support business application projects from concept to implementation.
Manage operational processes including documentation, and task tracking to support business requirements
Define KPIs, maintain operational data, generate reports, and monitor performance.
Use AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
Support the COO in daily operations and company-wide coordination.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Great at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Technically oriented with strong self-learning abilities.

Requirements

1 - 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or related fields.
Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong technical orientation.
Comfortable coordinating between multiple teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English.
Working on site only
