Experienced Product Manager - Data Platform

Mobileye is looking for a driven and technically fluent Product Manager to lead our internal Data Platform, which powers everything from ETL process to data lake storage layers to advanced analytics products.

Our Data Platform operates at a massive scale, processing tens of terabytes of data across complex ETL pipelines, data lake layers, and analytics workflows. You’ll help shape the backbone that fuels algorithm development, validation processes, and analytics tools that determine the quality of models.

Our group works with the energy of a compact startup inside the company: fast feedback loops, end-to-end ownership, and big responsibility.

You will work closely with Algo teams, Validation teams, Analysts, and cross-functional engineering groups to deliver a platform that is reliable, developer-friendly, and built for scale.

What will your job look like:

• You will define the platform’s roadmap and drive cross‑org alignment on data infrastructure priorities.
• Translate requirements from Algo, Validation, and Analyst teams into clear and structured product specifications, including UX/UI and user flows.
• Own the product lifecycle - from discovery and design to implementation, rollout, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
• Conduct ongoing conversations with users to acquire a deep understanding of their needs and pain points.
• Support smooth releases and ensure platform adoption across the organization.
• Provide clear direction and smart prioritization, helping a highly capable and opinionated team stay focused and deliver exceptional results.
  
  

• Bachelor of science or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of product management experience in a tech company.
• You have worked on a product for technical users such as ML researchers, validation engineers, and analyst teams.
• Partner with engineering on release planning and drive adoption and onboarding across user groups.
• Strong customer orientation and proven experience building products that meet customer needs and organizational goals.
• Ability to understand complex flows involving data operations, ML lifecycle, and validation.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with incomplete or ambiguous requirements, demonstrating a deep understanding of complex organizational dynamics.
