At Winn.ai, we’re building the future of AI-powered workflows and we’re looking for a curious, hands-on IT professional to help us scale our internal infrastructure and security.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone at the beginning of their IT career who’s eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

Own and manage day-to-day IT operations (onboarding/offboarding, user management, permissions)
Support and maintain endpoints (Mac & Windows), hardware, and internal networks
Administer and optimize SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, and more)
Manage access control and support security best practices across the organization
Assist in maintaining and improving security processes and tools
Create documentation and help build scalable internal processes
Identify opportunities for improvements and introduce basic automations

Requirements:

A strong technical mindset with the ability to learn independently
Previous experience in IT / technical support – an advantage
Familiarity with Mac & Windows environments and basic networking
Basic understanding of security principles – an advantage
A proactive problem-solver with a “get things done” attitude
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
High motivation to grow and develop within a fast-paced company
