The Role

We’re looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer with a backend mindset to join our team.

This is a hands-on role focused on building scalable systems, improving performance, and taking part in architectural decisions.

70% Backend | 30% Frontend (React)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Develop and maintain complex backend systems in a production environment
• Take part in the migration from PHP (Laravel) to Go
• Design and build microservices-based architecture
• Work closely with Product, UX, and DevOps teams
• Optimize performance and scalability of services
• Develop frontend components using React (30%)
• Integrate APIs and external services
• Refactor and improve existing Laravel-based systems
• Participate in architectural and technical decision-making
• Promote clean code and high engineering standards

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of software development experience
• Strong backend experience with:
• Go OR PHP with Laravel
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Experience with React – advantage
• Familiarity with AWS / Docker / Kubernetes / CI-CD – advantage
• Experience with high-scale / fintech / SaaS systems – advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
