Founding Product Designer - B2B / Fintech

Greylock recently backed a new seed-stage fintech startup tackling a critical challenge in the financial fraud space. They're hiring a Founding Designer to help build the product from the ground up - where design shapes how users build trust and navigate high-stakes systems.

You'll work closely with the founders to turn ambiguous problems into intuitive, elegant experiences, owning everything from early concepting through execution. The team is split between New York and Tel Aviv, with remote flexibility.

What they're looking for:

• Strong product thinking; ability to simplify complex, technical domains
• Experience designing from 0→1 in a startup environment
• High craft bar across UX, interaction, and visual design
• Fluency with AI - both as a design tool and as a product surface (chatbots, agent workflows, copilots)
• Systems thinking-scalable design foundations, not just screens
• Comfort with ambiguity, small teams, and moving fast
