We are seeking IT System Administrator to join the IT group, reporting to the Head of IT. We are looking for a team player, independent and responsible person, quick learner, adapting to changes.
You will
- Be part of our Global IT team for all company’s worldwide employees.
- Lead technical projects within the IT team, working with DevOps, Security & R&D.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Deliver innovative solutions (cloud platforms) Azure AD, Office 365, Intune, and related technologies
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed
- Support on / off-boarding process
- 6+ years of practical, hands-on experience in IT System Administration and Helpdesk support
- knowledge and experience with Microsoft Entra ID
- knowledge and experience with Microsoft Intune
- Hands on experience with scripting & automation
- Experience with supporting and managing Windows and Mac devices
- Deep knowledge with office 365 (manage groups, users, and integrations, SSO, SharePoint) and Azure
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Team player, high serviceability, great interpersonal skills – Must
