Project Manager & System Analyst

This key role involves end-to-end ownership of technological projects, from requirements analysis through delivery and production support. You will translate business needs into digital solutions while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders in a multi-interface environment.

What’s in the Role?

Leading end-to-end technology projects from analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and implementation

Gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications (HLD/LLD)

Driving cross-organizational business processes and converting them into digital solutions

Working closely with development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams

Managing timelines, scope, dependencies, risks, and project budgets

Coordinating and managing external vendors, ensuring delivery and quality standards

Supporting Agile and Scrum development processes

Handling production issues, continuous improvements, and system maintenance

Ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with organizational standards

Job Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in technology project management and or system analysis

Proven experience writing functional and technical specifications

Hands-on experience working with development teams and external vendors

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and digital processes

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-interface environment

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Advantages:

Experience in digital, finance, or eCommerce domains

Experience working with core systems, complex integrations, or large-scale organizations

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Monday

Experience working in regulated environments

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering is an advantage
