System Project Manager

Job Title: IT Integration & System Project Manager

Location: Petah Tikva - Nanox Headquarters

Job Purpose

End-to-end professional leadership of IT projects for the integration and implementation of information and communication systems for the company's operations in Israel and abroad. This includes ongoing support, management of complex IT projects, specification and design of information systems, and ensuring compliance with information security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities and Main Tasks

1.       Leading Integrations and System Mergers

·      Leading the planning, analysis, and implementation of integrations between Nanox systems and the information and operational systems of subsidiaries abroad.

·      Technical and applicative leadership of information systems projects such as: ECM, HR management systems, AI-RAG, CRM, and LMS.

·      Managing the company's infrastructure in AWS and AZURE.

·      Identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies in the integration processes and leading their resolution.

·      Ongoing collaboration with global IT, Information Security, and Compliance teams to ensure technological and architectural alignment.

2.         System Specification, Analysis, and Design

·      Responsibility for analyzing business needs and defining functional and technical requirements.

·      Writing specification documents (Functional & Technical Specifications) for complex systems.

·      Working with users, organizational managers, and external vendors throughout the system lifecycle.

·  Accompanying and supporting QA testing (Integration and Acceptance, UAT).

3.      Ownership of IT Systems and Solutions

·      Overall responsibility for operational systems such as: HR management systems, AI-RAG, CRM, LMS systems, and AWS cloud environment.

·      Evaluating, selecting, and implementing new tools and solutions in accordance with operational growth.

·      Ensuring availability, stability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

4.      IT Project Management

·      End-to-end project management: planning, schedule, budget, execution, and control.

·      Coordination among cross-organizational entities: Operations, Support, R&D, Information Security, HR, and Finance.

·      Leading multiple tasks and projects simultaneously within short-to-medium timeframes.

5.      IT Support & Operations

·      Providing ongoing support to end-users: hardware, software, networks, enterprise systems, and SaaS.

·      Handling complex issues, conducting Root Cause analysis, and leading long-term solutions.

6.      Information Security and Compliance

·      Maintenance and monitoring of information security systems relevant to operations under the management of the CISO.

·      Investigating exceptional or suspicious events and implementing lessons learned.

·      Promoting information security awareness across the organization through training, audits, and guidelines.

Hierarchy and Independence Description

·      A cross-functional and professionally senior role, operating under the VP of Information Systems and the CISO.

·      Solves complex problems independently and exercises broad professional judgment.

·      Exerts professional influence beyond the direct team.

·      Includes leading significant projects and tasks and occasionally providing professional guidance to additional employees (2-3).

 Required Experience and Skills

 Must Have

·      Native / near-native level of English – speaking and writing.

·      5+ years of experience in IT, systems integrations, IT project management, and systems analysis.

·      Proven experience in the planning and characterization of complex software systems.

·      Strong technical background: Windows/Mac, communication networks, SaaS, AWS.

·      Experience working with globally distributed teams.

·      Excellent communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and Ownership.

Nice to Have

·      Experience in Healthcare IT / Medical Imaging / RIS-PACS.

·      Background in Information Security, Regulation, and Compliance.

·      Experience in post-Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) integrations.

·      Professional certifications: MCSA, CompTIA, PMP, ITIL, etc.
