Senior Project Manager

This is an opportunity to lead large-scale transformation initiatives that will redefine how healthcare is delivered – impacting patients, medical teams, and entire systems.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end transformation projects – from idea to implementation
• Translate complex clinical and operational needs into clear, actionable product solutions
• Build and execute work plans, including OKRs & KPIs
• Manage timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Drive pilots and scale solutions across the organization
• Present insights, progress, and outcomes to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• 3–5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Background working with tech, data, or development teams
• Strong ability to define success metrics and deliver results
• Experience in transformation / innovation initiatives
• Background in healthcare / public sector / tech
• Experience with MVPs and pilot environments
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Independent and execution-driven
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Product-oriented thinker who can turn complexity into action
• A problem solver with creative thinking
• A strong communicator who knows how to move people and ideas forward
