Sheba Medical Center is launching a new transformation unit – the Center for the Future of Medicine – and we’re looking for a Project Manager to join us on this exciting journey.
This is not just another PM role.
This is an opportunity to lead large-scale transformation initiatives that will redefine how healthcare is delivered – impacting patients, medical teams, and entire systems.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end transformation projects – from idea to implementation
- Translate complex clinical and operational needs into clear, actionable product solutions
- Build and execute work plans, including OKRs & KPIs
- Manage timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Drive pilots and scale solutions across the organization
- Present insights, progress, and outcomes to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 3–5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Background working with tech, data, or development teams
- Strong ability to define success metrics and deliver results
- Experience in transformation / innovation initiatives
- Background in healthcare / public sector / tech
- Experience with MVPs and pilot environments
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Independent and execution-driven
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Product-oriented thinker who can turn complexity into action
- A problem solver with creative thinking
- A strong communicator who knows how to move people and ideas forward
