AI Automation & Agent Engineer (Freelance/Contract)

• AI-Driven Development Methodology: Leverage modern AI-native development environments, specifically Claude Code and Cursor, to architect, write, refactor, and deploy high-quality code. Utilize these tools to accelerate development cycles, maintain clean and scalable architecture, and effectively translate technical requirements into production-ready software.
• Agent Development: Design, build, and manage sophisticated AI agents. You will work on creating multi-turn, goal-oriented applications using platforms like Google Agent Builder and similar agent frameworks.
• LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering: Seamlessly integrate leading LLMs (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) into complex workflows. Develop, test, and refine advanced prompt engineering strategies to ensure high-accuracy, reliable outputs for critical tasks (data extraction, classification, summarization).
• Automation Workflow Design: Architect end-to-end automation sequences using low-code/no-code powerhouses like n8n, Make (Integromat), and Zapier. You are responsible for ensuring these automations communicate flawlessly with external systems.
• Enterprise Integration: Bridge the gap between AI agents and organizational infrastructure. Build custom connections between agent outputs, SQL/NoSQL databases, APIs, and other core business systems.
• Enterprise-Grade Quality: Ensure all solutions meet professional standards for reliability, security, and scalability. This includes conducting rigorous end-to-end testing and documenting processes clearly.
• Collaboration: Partner directly with the Founder and team to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.

• Programming Background: You are a coder at heart. Practical experience with Python is essential for custom scripting, handling complex API webhooks, and data manipulation.
• AI-Native Development: Proficiency in working with AI-assisted coding environments (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to drive rapid, high-quality development.
• Automation Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience with leading integration platforms, specifically n8n, Zapier, and Make.
• AI Agent Experience: Strong understanding of conversational AI components (Intents, Entities) and experience in building goal-directed agents.
• Technical Aptitude: Advanced knowledge of API architecture, JSON/XML data structures, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills; you can trace issues through interconnected systems and resolve them efficiently.

• Enterprise Implementation: Proven track record of deploying AI systems within an organization and moving them from POC to "Enterprise Ready" production environments.
• Modern Protocols: Deep understanding of MCP and experience implementing it to connect AI agents with local or remote data sources.
• Cloud Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and containerization/deployment.
• Communication: Ability to bridge technical implementation and clear documentation.
