Kamada is hiring a Project Manager for the Quality Control Department!

We are seeking a strategic Project Manager to lead critical processes and complex analytical projects at the heart of our biopharmaceutical organization.

This role includes managing method transfer and validation programs while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards, timelines, and budgets.

Location: Full-time, at Kamada’s site in Beit Kama.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in a complex matrix environment.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate between multi-disciplinary teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Manufacturing.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to maintain compliance and safety.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project activities meet cGMP, GCP, and international pharmaceutical regulations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and technical presentations.
• Process Oversight: Monitor and track the development, improvement, and implementation of existing and new analytical methods.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Management Engineering or Master’s degree in Life Sciences – required.
• Proven experience managing complex projects in multi-interface environments.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry – advantage.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Monday.com.
• Fluent in English (reading and writing).
• Advanced knowledge of Office applications, including Excel.
