Cyabra is seeking a mission-driven, strategic, and highly motivated VP Marketing to own Cyabra's authority & trust strategy and lead our external narrative discipline.
This role reports directly to the CEO and partners with executive leadership on narrative governance and public-market communications.
This is not a traditional demand-generation role. Cyabra is not built to "run paid campaigns". We are built to shape, bring clarity and lead this industry through education and with authority.
You will partner closely with executive leadership on public-market narrative governance, work with internal analysts and manage the marketing team to translate investigations into publishable authority, and ensure disciplined execution across an extensive range of marketing channels as well as for investor audiences.
This role is ideal for a comms-native marketing leader with strong intuition and hands-on experience in how LLMs shape perception and decision-making, who has developed commercial accountability, understands AI-era discoverability (GEO/LLM dynamics), and can operate with judgment under public-company scrutiny and public markets volatility.
Key Responsibilities
Translate research into external authority Work closely with research and subject-matter experts to convert investigations into credible external artifacts (briefs, talking points, press angles, evidence packages). Ensure outputs are structured, credible, and published in ways that are indexable, citable, and retrievable by AI systems.
Executive voice & thought leadership Architect and refine executive communications for credibility (not virality), including press positioning, quotes, and selective reaction moments. Ensure executive positioning is consistently reflected across both human-facing and AI-generated narratives. Deep, hands-on use of AI and LLMs to run marketing at scale; able to design and orchestrate lean teams augmented by AI to deliver disproportionate output.
AI discoverability & GEO governance Own how Cyabra is interpreted across LLMs and AI systems — ensuring accurate, evidence-based representation in generated answers, summaries, and citations. Build and maintain a feedback loop between real-world narratives and AI outputs, proactively identifying and correcting mischaracterizations. Design and manage Cyabra's presence across AI-consumed surfaces (reports, citations, structured content, media, and data sources) to influence how LLMs retrieve, learn, and generate information about the company and its domain.
Category posture & analyst framing Shape Cyabra's category posture (trust infrastructure / legitimacy layer) and guide analyst and market framing.
Requirements
- +10 years of marketing experience across communications and narrative leadership (B2B / B2G preferred).
- Demonstrated success building authority programs that influence deals (earned media, analyst positioning, executive voice, research-backed credibility).
- Proven experience working with or around LLM ecosystems — including diagnosing how companies or topics are represented in AI-generated outputs and taking action to influence those outcomes.
- Deep understanding of how LLMs and AI systems retrieve, synthesize, and present information (including entity framing, citations, and answer construction).
- Ability to translate LLM behavior into strategic decisions around messaging, positioning, and content creation.
- Strong editorial judgment and writing skills; able to strip hype and maintain calm, institutional tone.
- Comfort operating in lean, high-tempo environments and making judgment calls with imperfect information.
- Highly communicative, collaborative, and trusted partner to executive leadership.
