Senior System Engineer

Puzzle Projects, a leading defense technology company, is looking for an experienced System Engineer to lead the development of advanced interceptor systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end engineering development of an advanced interceptor system—from operational requirements definition through to operational delivery.
• Act as the senior authority in system engineering, driving multidisciplinary integration across subsystems: propulsion, guidance & navigation, control, structures, electronics, software, testing, and production.
• Collaborate closely with program management, customers, engineering teams, testing units, manufacturing, and external suppliers to ensure compliance with performance, schedule, cost, safety, and reliability targets.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Aerospace / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Physics – required (M.Sc. or higher – strong advantage).
• 10+ years of experience in developing complex, high-tech systems – required.
• Proven experience in system engineering for airborne or missile systems – strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of dynamics, control, guidance, and navigation.
• Hands-on experience in system integration and testing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong system-level perspective with deep technical detail orientation.
• Experience working with defense customers.
