We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a full-time, on-site position located in Or Yehuda, Israel. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care for residents, including health assessments, medication administration, wound care, and supervising nursing assistants. The Registered Nurse will play a vital role in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate medical documentation, supporting residents' emotional well-being, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Additionally, the nurse will play a proactive role in promoting a safe, compassionate, and dignified living environment for residents.

• Proven nursing skills, including clinical assessments, medication administration, and wound care
• Experience in supporting older adults in long-term care or similar healthcare settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, residents, and families
• Knowledge of healthcare protocols, safety standards, and regulatory compliance in long-term care environments
• Organizational and documentation abilities to ensure accurate medical record-keeping and care planning
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Israel
• Empathetic and resident-focused approach to care delivery
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare setting
• Prior experience in geriatric care is a strong advantage
