We are partnering with a global SaaS technology company who are looking for a Financial Controller for its global operations.

About the Role

In this role, you will own end-to-end financial operations for one or two legal entities, acting as the main finance focal point for your assigned region.

This is a hands-on, senior operational controller role. You will be accountable for day-to-day finance execution, accuracy, compliance, and coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Success requires high ownership, strong prioritization, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a startup environment.

Responsibilities:

· Full ownership of finance operations for one or two regions.

· End-to-end responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close.

· Oversight of billing processes, collections, and customer-related payment issues.

· Vendor payments, approvals, analysis, and vendor communication when required.

· Review, validation, and supervision of work performed by one to two bookkeepers.

· Direct management and professional guidance of bookkeepers.

· Reading and understanding customer contracts with responsibility for financial implications.

· Customer interaction related to billing disputes and payment resolution.

· Preparation and coordination of annual tax reporting per legal entity.

· Audit preparation and direct interaction with external auditors.

· General accountability for financial accuracy, compliance, and operational health of the assigned region.

· Ongoing work with Priority ERP and Salesforce to ensure accurate financial data.

Requirements:

· MUST: 2+ years of experience as a Financial Controller or Assistant Controller

· MUST: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

· MUST: CPA certification

· MUST: Experience in SaaS or technology companies

· MUST: Experience managing full-cycle accounting across multiple entities

· MUST: Fluency in Hebrew and English, written and verbal

· US GAAP or IFRS experience

· Experience supervising bookkeepers or junior accounting staff

· Experience with ERP systems (Priority preferred)

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
