BI & Data Engineer

We are looking for a motivated BI & Data Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on owning the full data lifecycle - from data ingestion and transformation to modeling and writing efficient queries to enabling business insights through dashboards.

You’ll work closely with analysts, data scientists, product, and business teams to turn raw data into actionable insights, while continuously improving data infrastructure and logic.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and accessible.
• Develop complex ETL processes and write efficient and scalable SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Develop and maintain dashboards and BI reporting solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across systems
• Troubleshoot and solve complex data and logic-related issues

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering / BI / Analytics Engineering roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL (must)
• BSc. or MSc. in a scientific field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field)
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation
• Hands-on experience with dashboards / BI Tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High ownership and the ability to lead cross-functional projects from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to tackle complex logical and data challenges
• Excellent communication skills and a team player

Advantages:
