International and Domestic Sales Manager
A global company developing and manufacturing innovative multidisciplinary assemblies in the RF and Microwave domains is seeking an International and Domestic Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales in the international market with a focus on Europe, as well as the local market
- Lead and manage customer relationships, negotiations, presentations, sales promotion, marketing, and business development activities
- Travel to customers in Israel and abroad
- Report to the VP of Sales & Marketing
- B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering - mandatory
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the European market - mandatory
- Prior experience in the RF / Microwave domain - mandatory
- Experience in hardware sales within high-tech and/or military systems (EW, radar) - strong advantage
- Experience working with organizations such as Israel Aerospace Industries, Elbit Systems, Elisra, or similar international counterparts - strong advantage
- Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English; additional languages - an advantage
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills, initiative, creativity, and excellent interpersonal abilities
- High level of professionalism, representativeness, independence, motivation, and flexibility
- Security clearance is required as part of the role
