SAP SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central) Functional Consultant - Israel based

Our People Advisory practice provides strategic guidance on HR transformation, while our Digital HR Practice provides implementation, development and support for a comprehensive SAP-centric portfolio including SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Fieldglass and Concur.  

SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based software for Human Capital Management, supporting topics in Human Resources, such as learning management systems, payroll, talent management, analytics, workforce planning, and more. 

This is a client-facing role, open to candidates for a full-time position, based in Israel with hybrid/onsite presence depending on the client location. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, develop and configure SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central) module for our customers’ projects
• Collaborate with internal lead consultants and with customers’ stakeholders to analyze and validate functional requirements
• Design functional business processes and workflows using AKT’s methodologies
• Communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Participate in user meetings to gain understanding of customers’ processes, requirements, and issues in order to offer solutions and continuous enhancements
• Take ownership of the deliverables, and work closely with the technical team to ensure the deliverables are being built to specifications

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work directly with customers and managing their requirements
• Extensive experience in HR Information Technologies (HRIS / HRIT)
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central) or SAP HR – a significant advantage
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of HCM concepts and HR processes
• Experience working in global companies - an advantage
• Language skills in Hebrew and English (both written and spoken)
