Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Technological Project Manager for a healthcare organization in the Shfela region. This role offers the opportunity to lead a cloud-based SAP project focused on optimizing human capital management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a cloud-based SAP technological project as part of a Discovery team
- Gather business requirements and conduct system analysis
- Write detailed business specifications
- Manage and drive the project end-to-end through full implementation
- Work closely with medical centers across the country
- Travel frequently during the initial phase of the project
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience managing technological projects
- Experience in system analysis and business process specification
- Experience in matrix leadership and team management
- Proven experience leading end-to-end projects through implementation
- Significant advantage: experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including system analysis and implementation leadership
