NOC Operations Specialist | Petah Tikva | Shift Work (24/7)
Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a NOC Operations Specialist for a financial organization in Petah Tikva. This is an opportunity to join a critical operations team responsible for maintaining system stability in a 24/7 environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor organizational IT systems in a 24/7 shift-based environment
- Monitor systems, detect incidents, and analyze their impact
- Troubleshoot issues or escalate to relevant teams for resolution
- Distribute ongoing reports and updates to clients and technology division staff
- Manage incidents end-to-end, from initial detection through final resolution and closure approval
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a NOC or System team
- Experience in a large organization with hundreds of users or more
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of communication protocols
- Familiarity with VMware, Active Directory, Citrix, Linux, databases, and cloud services
- Experience working with monitoring and control systems and performing system-level troubleshooting
