Research and Development Project Manager

Having already reached the milestone of active road testing, the company is scaling its R&D operations to meet ambitious development goals.

Responsibilities-

• Development Management: Leading internal R&D project execution, ensuring all engineering squads are aligned with the technical roadmap and meeting critical milestones.
• Feature Prioritization: Managing the development backlog and prioritizing features based on R&D constraints and technological dependencies.
• End-to-End Orchestration: Owning the project lifecycle from requirement definition through execution, monitoring progress, and mitigating technical bottlenecks.
• Internal Synergy: Coordinating between diverse engineering disciplines (AI, Software, Hardware) to ensure a cohesive integration of autonomous capabilities.
• Performance Tracking: Implementing methodologies to track R&D velocity and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements-

• Academic Foundation: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field – Mandatory.
• Professional Seniority: At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing end-to-end technical lifecycles at significant scale – Mandatory.
• Engineering Background: Previous hands-on experience in Software Development – Mandatory.
• Startup Pedigree: Proven track record within high-growth Startup (SU) environments – Mandatory.
• Multidisciplinary Exposure: Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects (Hardware/Software/AI) – Significant Advantage.
• Execution Excellence: Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage high-level technical dependencies without direct client-facing requirements at this stage.
