📍 Location: Tel Aviv (Client Visits Required)

🕒 Job Type: Full-time

🧩 What You’ll Do

Client Engagement & Success

• Be the go-to contact for our clients — answering questions, tracking progress, and making sure they’re happy

• Schedule and lead regular check-ins to understand client needs

• Help identify additional services that can support their cybersecurity goals

Project Coordination & Operations

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and team assignments

• Support the team in organizing and optimizing workflows

• Collaborate with the team lead on resource planning and task prioritization

Business Growth Support

• Assist the sales and service teams in preparing client materials

• Participate in onboarding calls and help translate technical insights into business value

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✅ 1–2 years of experience in help desk, IT support, or technical coordination

✅ Strong communication skills — written and verbal in English and Hebrew

✅ Highly organized with attention to detail

✅ Eager to learn and grow in the cybersecurity field

✅ Comfortable with client communication and teamwork

✅ Advantage: Basic understanding of project or task management tools
