FINQ was founded by Nir Zuk, a technology visionary, and Eldad Tamir, a leading investment executive and entrepreneur.
We're looking for a curious, driven data scientist to join our team. This is a growth role - you'll work on real ML problems from day one, with room to develop fast. If you're hungry to learn and want to see your work land in production, this is for you.
Responsibilities
• Build and iterate on ML models for time-series and tabular data problems
• Contribute to data pipelines and model deployment
• Run experiments, track results, and communicate findings clearly
• Stay current with ML research and bring relevant ideas to the team
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and business stakeholders
Requirements
• B.Sc in CS, Statistics, IE or a related field
• 1-3 years of hands-on ML experience - academic projects and internships count
• Solid Python and SQL skills; clean, readable code matters to you
• Familiarity with classical ML and at least one DL framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Exposure to LLMs or GenAI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, AWS Bedrock)
• Has used at least one MLOps or cloud tool in a real context (MLflow, Docker, AWS, Airflow)
• Clear communicator, can explain what your model does and why it matters
• High ownership mindset, fast learner, team-first attitude
Nice to have
• MSc in progress or completed
• Experience with time-series forecasting
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, or Airflow
• Thesis or project involving real-world data and deployment
