Job Description

A key role at the core of the company’s operational activity, leading material planning and availability for production in a complex, high SKU environment.

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for MRP processes, inventory planning and control (Safety Stock, Forecast, shortage management), and ensuring operational continuity in line with production plans.

The position involves close work with internal interfaces such as Procurement, Planning, Engineering and Production, as well as external manufacturers and subcontractors, while driving processes, making data-driven decisions and continuously improving material planning processes.

Location: Holon | Full-time position

Requirements

• At least 8 to 10 years of experience as a Material Planner in an electronics, EMS or hardware manufacturing environment.
• Proven hands-on experience with MRP (running, analysis, and purchase requisitions)
• Practical experience working with complex BOMs and high SKU volumes
• Strong experience working with ERP systems
• Full proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and Macros
• Experience working with Production, Procurement and Engineering interfaces
• Good command of English
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Engineering
