About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with around 3 years of experience to join the Core team at R&D Labs – the team that builds and maintains the organization's critical, company-wide systems.

You'll be part of two workstreams: contributing to a brand-new internal web product currently in its early stages, while also working on and maintaining existing operational systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop full-stack features in Node.js and React (TypeScript), with some Python maintenance work
  • Build and maintain core internal systems used across the organization
  • Help launch a new internal web product from the ground up
  • Work with PostgreSQL databases and REST APIs
  • Operate in an AWS environment and collaborate closely with Product and Dev teams

Qualifications:

  • BS.c in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • 3 years of Full Stack experience with TypeScript (Node.js + React)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments – AWS or Azure
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code)
  • Advantage: Experience with NoSQL databases

  • Can work independently and collaborate well within a team
  • Have a proactive approach and pick up new things quickly
  • Take ownership seriously – especially when working on critical production systems
  • Communicate clearly and build good working relationships across teams
