Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nes Ziona for a New Product Introduction Engineer. The engineer will play a key role in managing product development processes, coordinating between R&D and manufacturing, and ensuring smooth transitions from design to production. Responsibilities include overseeing testing protocols, analyzing product performance, and managing projects to meet quality and delivery standards.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating data, solving problems, and improving processes
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Development
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning and coordination of resources
- Knowledge and experience in Testing methodologies for product validation
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
- Experience in fluid control systems or mechatronics is a plus
