Steadicopter is expanding, and we are looking for a highly skilled Electronics Practical Engineer to join our elite engineering team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where R&D meets hands-on execution, your place is with us.
The Role:
As an Electronics Practical Engineer, you will hold engineering and operational responsibility for the helicopter’s electrical, electronic, and avionics systems. This position offers a unique blend of system design, R&D, and real-time on-aircraft integration.
Key Responsibilities:
🔸 End-to-End Development: Design and transition new electronic systems from concept to production.
🔸 System Integration: Perform complex hardware-software integrations on the aircraft.
🔸 Prototyping: Design and build prototypes, including PCB layouts, advanced wiring, and battery assemblies.
🔸 Technical Leadership: Provide Tier 2/3 expert support to operations and flight line teams.
🔸 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Define technical requirements for mechanical and software engineering teams.
Requirements & Advantages:
🔹 Experience: Proven track record in the defense or aerospace industries - Major Advantage.
🔹 Background: IAF (Israeli Air Force) technical experience - Significant Advantage.
🔹 Mindset: A "hands-on" approach with the ability to solve complex problems in the field.
