Responsibilities-

• SaaS Platform Engineering: Designing and scaling a high-performance SaaS platform capable of handling complex healthcare data streams.
• Backend Architecture: Developing resilient, distributed systems using Node.js, Python, or similar modern frameworks within a Microservices environment.
• AI-Driven Development: Leveraging advanced AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to prototype, design, and deploy features with accelerated velocity.
• LLM & AI Integration: Architecting and integrating AI/LLM-driven product features to enhance the platform’s predictive and analytical capabilities.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Managing and optimizing infrastructure on AWS, ensuring seamless deployment via modern CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
• Technical Leadership: Taking ownership of end-to-end features, from initial architectural design to production-scale deployment.

Requirements-

• 5 years of professional experience in software engineering – Mandatory.
• Backend Mastery: Proven experience in Node.js or Python (or similar languages) within high-scale production environments – Mandatory.
• A strong track record of building and operating scalable SaaS platforms and Microservices – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience using AI agents and tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to optimize and accelerate the development lifecycle – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency with AWS and modern deployment practices (CI/CD, Kubernetes/Docker).
• Experience in integrating LLMs or building AI-powered product features – Significant Advantage.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Exceptional technical judgment and the ability to navigate complex data challenges in a fast-paced environment.
