About the role:

• Overall responsibility for company assets and employee services, including catering, cleaning, parking, construction, and maintenance
• Hands-on responsibility (as needed) for catering, cleaning, and maintenance operations on a 24/7 basis, with strong attention to detail and consistently high standards
• Ongoing management, guidance, and close supervision of vendors and service providers, ensuring required service quality levels are met
• Define, plan, and manage preventive and routine maintenance across all organizational infrastructure systems
• Responsibility for the reliability and availability of critical systems: electricity, HVAC, water, backup systems (UPS), generators, low-voltage systems, and more
• Lead and professionally manage the team, including employee development and growth
• Partner in all employee experience initiatives, including support for employee well-being and engagement activities
• Develop and execute work plans to achieve departmental goals, including budget planning and control at scale
• Member of the HR leadership team, partnering in shaping and executing the company’s HR strategy
• High availability (including weekends and holidays) to handle exceptional events

Requirements:

• Strong planning and control capabilities; experience managing processes and budgets is an advantage
• Leadership, accountability, hands-on approach, high service orientation, and assertiveness
• Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Previous managerial experience, including direct team leadership and vendor management- a significant advantage
• Experience in a large or mid-sized organization, or in a fast-scaling environment- an advantage
