Agilite is looking for a world-class Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and help take our brand to the next level.

You’ll work at the intersection of tactical gear, apparel, and storytelling, turning real-world combat experience into powerful visual design.

From packaging and product launches to digital campaigns and social media, your work will shape how hundreds of thousands of people around the world experience the Agilite brand.

Responsibilities:

• Creative & Brand Development: Evolve and maintain brand identity across products and marketing channels while translating complex features into clear, compelling visual storytelling
• Marketing & Campaign Design: Design and execute marketing assets across digital platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams on high-impact campaigns
• Product & Packaging Design: Design product and packaging assets, prepare production-ready files, and maintain accurate graphics throughout the product lifecycle
• Content & Visual Creation: Create and support visual assets for video, photography, and global marketing content, contributing to overall creative direction

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
• Very high level of English (written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• High level of graphic design skills and strong visual storytelling ability
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines
• Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-moving team
• Portfolio required (print and digital work)

Advantages:

• Product photography experience
• Motion design or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere)
• UX/UI or web design experience
• Experience working with consumer product brands
• Familiarity with the tactical gear, military, or firearms industry and culture
• Additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian)
