Experienced HW Engineer

The Role: System Architecture, PCB Design, Harness Design

Your primary responsibility is to take a high-level concept and own the hardware lifecycle. This includes:

• System Architecting: Designing complete enclosure solutions that integrate PCBs, modules, harnesses, and connectors into a unified block diagram.
• Engineering Decomposition: Spanning the design into actionable, discrete tasks—seamlessly transitioning from the high-level system view to detailed PCB design and harness development.

To be successful in this role, the following core expertise is essential:

• MIL-STD PCB Design: Proven experience designing and delivering PCBs fully compliant with MIL-STD requirements.
• MIL-STD Harness Design: Hands-on expertise in designing rugged, MIL-STD compliant harnesses and interconnect systems.
• Professional Experience: 3–7 years of hardware engineering experience in the defense or aerospace sectors.

Technical Skill Set

• Design Tools: Proficiency in OrCAD Capture (schematics), MS Visio (system/harness drawings), and Cadence Allegro Viewer (PCB layout review).
• Circuitry: Solid background in analog and digital design, including Microcontrollers, COM-Express, and SOM implementation.
• Testing: Experience in creating and executing Proof of Design (POD) and ATP procedures.
• Lifecycle: Leading design reviews (PDR/CDR) and managing failure analysis/root-cause investigations.

• BS.c Degree from known Universities.
