Job Description:

• Responsibility for leading and executing end-to-end technological procurement processes, from collecting and mapping requirements, through analyzing alternatives and preparing procurement documents, to supporting and completing contracting processes.

• Managing vendors and contracts, leading tender processes, conducting commercial and technological negotiations, and ongoing budget control.

• Ongoing work with multiple interfaces within the organization (technology, procurement, legal, and finance), as well as using information systems to manage and track procurement processes.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a role involving leading procurement processes, with an emphasis on technological procurement.

• At least 3 years of experience in technological procurement, including equipment, infrastructure, services, outsourcing, and managed services.

• Proven experience in vendor and contract management, including working with multiple vendors simultaneously.

• Experience in leading tender processes and contracts in accordance with public procurement law and/or Accountant General procedures.

• Experience in conducting commercial and technological negotiations with vendors.

• Experience working with ERP systems for procurement and contract management.

• Relevant education and/or certification studies in procurement, purchasing, or technology management – advantage.

• Procurement and purchasing course, with an emphasis on public or technological procurement – advantage.

• Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle and/or Priority – advantage.

• Familiarity with technology domains such as infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services – advantage.

• Experience working with BI systems for procurement data analysis and control – advantage.

• Experience working with public and/or governmental organizations – advantage.
