Responsibilities-
- Engineering Leadership: Managing a team of 5 developers (direct and matrix management), fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and professional growth.
- Hybrid Impact: Maintaining a 40% Hands-on presence, leading the design and development of complex features across the stack.
- Architecture & Scale: Driving the development of scalable backend services in Python and high-end frontend interfaces in React.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working in a matrix environment with various product and R&D teams to deliver high-impact solutions for millions of users.
- Technical Excellence: Leading code reviews, architectural discussions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, production-grade software.
Requirements-
- 3 years of proven experience in leading software engineering teams – Mandatory.
- 5 years of professional experience in Python development – Mandatory.
- 2 years of deep, hands-on experience with React – Mandatory.
- Strong architectural understanding of both server-side logic and modern web/mobile client frameworks.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and deliver products that solve real-world operational challenges.
- Proven background in working within high-scale SaaS or web environments.
