What You'll Be Doing

· Commercial management of large/direct accounts

· Interact with a network of manufacturers and manage relevant activity.

· Technical management of accounts.

· Promoting technology to be used within projects during their life cycle including definition, design, reviews, bring-up and ongoing support all the way to post production.

· Strong collaboration with engineering on issue resolution

· Preparation and delivery of technical training/presentations

· Participation in pre-sales & post-sales activities.

What We Need To See

· B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, SW Eng. or similar from an accredited university or college.

· Practical engineer is acceptable.

· 2+ years of technical support/ customer service experience.

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English – a must.

· Independent, Self-motivated, Dedicated.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

· Prior experience in customer-facing role(s)

· Knowledge in hardware design.
