Platform Infrastructure & AI Team Leader

We are looking for a hands-on, resilient, and multi-disciplinary Platform Team Leader to lead the backbone of our R&D. It’s about leading a high-impact team that empowers the entire engineering organization to build AI-integrated products seamlessly.

As the leader of our Infra group (one of three core groups in R&D), you will bridge the worlds of DevOps, Backend Infrastructure, and AI enablement, ensuring our developers have the best tools and environment to innovate.

The Team & The Mission

You will lead a diverse team of senior experts (including DevOps and Backend specialists) and report directly to our Lead Architect. Your mission is to:

• Manage Complexity: Lead a multi-disciplinary team with a focus on professional mentorship and high-level execution.
• Build the Foundation: Standardize how we build products. From AWS cloud governance to core backend modules and microservices boilerplates.
• AI Enablement: You don’t need to be an AI expert. You need to build the infrastructure that allows our product teams to integrate AI/LLM capabilities into their features effectively.
• Next-Gen Engineering: Lead a "GenAI-first" development culture. we use tools like Cursor to accelerate delivery. You will guide the team in mastering this way of working.
• Shield & Navigate: As a team in the organization's spotlight, you will need to buffer pressures, prioritize tasks, and maintain a healthy, productive team environment.

What Are We Looking For?

• Leadership Experience: At least 2+ years of experience leading a technical team. We need someone with "emotional resilience" who knows how to navigate a high-focus environment.
• Strong Technical Core: A solid background in Backend Engineering with significant experience/understanding of DevOps (AWS environment).
• Hands-on Approach: You love the tech. You will spend roughly 50% of your time in the code and architecture.
• Architectural Mindset: Proven experience in building developer-facing infrastructures or internal tools (DevEx).
• The "AI-Curious" Mindset: You don't need a background in AI models, but you must be passionate about how AI transforms software engineering and eager to build the infra for it.
