Assistant Controller

Aran Group is looking for an experienced Assistant Controller to join our

finance team. This is a unique opportunity to join a global leading company,

work on diverse and challenging accounting issues, and contribute to the

company’s financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparations of quarterly and yearly financial statements.
• Assist in preparations of annual tax report.
• Ensure accuracy over financial transactions.
• Participation in month-end closing process
• Support the team with ongoing accounting matters
• Take part in the company's annual budget process and perform monthly actual vs. budget analysis.
• Monitor bookkeepers and review the accuracy of financial data.
• Establishing formulation and best practices of internal controls and policies.
• Assist with preparing management reports.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining financial key policies and procedures
• Supports the controller in all accounting-related activities.

Requirements:

• CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Experience in a manufacturing company.
• Proficient with Excel
• Strong knowledge of IFRS .
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team player and service-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
• Prior experience in a public company - an advantage.
• High level of English.
• Familiarity and understanding of transfer pricing models and international tax planning- an advantage
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team with a particular focus on the ability to set priorities that correspond with business needs.
