The role includes:
- Concentrating, monitoring, and documenting investment activities of the company and its clients.
- Providing service and support to the company's managers.
- Executing ongoing operational tasks (daily, weekly, and monthly).
Main Responsibilities:
- Data entry of investment activities into banking systems and company internal systems.
- Monitoring, documenting, and controlling investment activities.
- Performing reconciliations and comparisons between various databases and identifying discrepancies.
- Controlling financial reports and identifying irregularities.
- Ongoing work with banking systems.
- Producing and distributing periodic reports to clients.
- Providing information to clients in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
- Tracking and monitoring settlements with external parties.
- Controlling regulatory compliance and conducting periodic audits.
- Concentrating data and completing periodic reports/questionnaires.
Requirements:
- Background in Finance / Accounting / Banking.
- Experience in financial operations – an advantage.
- Experience in Back Office / Securities / Trading Room – a significant advantage.
- Very good level of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Proficiency in working with multiple computer systems.
