Job Description:

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Market Access Manager for a highly impactful role within the Israeli healthcare ecosystem.

Please note:

This role is intended for candidates with relevant Market Access experience only and does not include direct people management (matrix leadership required).

Location: Center District, Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end market access activities, including National Health Basket submissions

• Drive strategic engagement with key decision-makers and influence reimbursement outcomes

• Work closely with Israeli payers (Kupot Holim) and Ministry of Health

• Develop and execute value-based access strategies (clinical & economic)

• Utilize clinical and HEOR data to build compelling value propositions

• Support patient access pathways and remove access barriers

• Collaborate cross-functionally with local and global stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Market Access experience within a pharmaceutical company

• Proven experience working with Israeli payers and Ministry of Health

• Hands-on experience with reimbursement / HTA / health basket submissions

• Strong understanding of the Israeli healthcare system

• Ability to lead cross-functional processes and influence without authority
