We're working with a high-growth fintech to find an Analytics Team Lead who operates at the business strategy level. This is a pure analytics leadership role, no ETL, no pipeline management. The focus is extracting insight, driving decisions and building a team that moves fast and thinks clearly.
You'll lead a team of 5+ multi-domain analysts, owning the sprint, the backlog and the analytical standards the whole team operates by. You'll define North Star metrics, build out A/B testing rigour, cut through operational inefficiency and push cross-functional projects to completion. You're also expected to stay hands-on — this company has no room for leaders who don't write queries.
Requirements
4+ years leading analytics teams, ideally in Fintech or B2C.
Proven experience managing 5+ analysts across multiple business domains.
Expert in Snowflake and Tableau or ThoughtSpot.
Deep experience in statistical methods and A/B test implementation.
A no-fluff practitioner. You set the standard, develop analytical frameworks and can still roll up your sleeves when it matters.
Experience building AI-driven workflows for analytics teams is a strong advantage.
