Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Fast-Growing Social Impact Organization

Overview

A fast-growing social impact organization, operating in the digital space and creating broad influence across diverse audiences in Israel and worldwide, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead its execution engine and organizational scale-up.

This role carries end-to-end responsibility for operations, teams, and infrastructure, working closely with senior leadership. The COO will play a key role in building a strong, scalable, and data-driven operational framework that supports rapid growth and expanding impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s full operational function end-to-end
• Design, implement, and optimize structured, measurable, and scalable workflows
• Manage and lead cross-functional teams (content, digital, production, marketing, and operations)
• Own the execution of complex projects from ideation through delivery and distribution
• Continuously improve digital content production and distribution processes
• Build organizational infrastructure to support rapid growth and scaling
• Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic decision-making and execution
• Analyze performance data and operational metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Manage external partners, vendors, and stakeholders locally and internationally
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in senior operations roles or divisional leadership in a high-growth organization
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving performance against goals
• Strong background in dynamic, content/media/digital-driven environments - required
• Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch and implement organizational systems
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and attention to detail
• Experience working with senior leadership teams in multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong technological orientation and experience with data and project management tools
• Fluent English - required
