Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support Elite Clinical Network’s hiring initiatives by focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordinating top candidates for both clinical and corporate roles. This mid-senior level role is designed for individuals with 4+ years of experience in the clinical research industry who are eager to spearhead new department projects within talent acquisition and lead recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the regional hiring teams to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Lead recruitment efforts for a high volume requisitions.
• Spearhead new talent acquisition projects for new organization initiatives.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screen applicants to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and role alignment.
• Manage candidate communication, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
• Support employer branding initiatives through job postings, social media, and networking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in the clinical research industry (recruitment, coordination, or related role).
• Strong interest in corporate and clinical talent acquisition.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS/HRIS platforms.
• Experience with ClearCo ATS preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Team-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow within Talent Acquisition.
