M365 Security & Compliance Specialist
📍 Tel Aviv | Hybrid
We’re hiring an M365 Security & Compliance Specialist for a client to help ensure Microsoft 365 platforms are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise governance standards.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of M365 compliance and data protection capabilities, working closely with security, legal, privacy, and technology teams. You’ll play a key role in defining and enforcing policies that enable secure collaboration while meeting regulatory and organizational requirements.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Leading Microsoft 365 security and compliance areas, including Microsoft Purview and DLP
- Ensuring M365 workloads adhere to governance, legal, privacy, and compliance standards
- Managing Purview configurations such as sensitivity labels, retention policies, insider risk, eDiscovery, audit, and DLP controls
- Governing secure external collaboration and data‑sharing scenarios
- Monitoring evergreen platform updates and ensuring compliance configurations remain current
- Collaborating with M365 Operations, Solution Architects, Digital COE product teams, and Power Platform teams
What we’re looking for
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Purview and data loss prevention (DLP)
- Background working closely with security, legal, compliance, or governance stakeholders
- Strong understanding of compliance considerations across M365 workloads (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange)
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, global enterprise environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical teams
