The Network Automation team plays a critical role in this mission, developing orchestration frameworks, automation platforms, and tooling that simplify operations and accelerate innovation across large-scale networks.

Key job responsibilities As the Director of Program Management for Network Automation, you will: Drive the execution, implementation, development, and deployment of DriveNets’ network automation software platforms, frameworks, and tooling. Lead cross-program alignment, tracking dependencies across software, operations, and product teams to ensure cohesive delivery across the ecosystem. Develop and maintain detailed project and program plans, including incremental milestones, success metrics, and execution tracking mechanisms. Establish and promote visibility, accountability, and operational excellence across engineering and product organizations. Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions and long-term product direction.

In this role, you will: Leverage a range of program and project management methodologies to drive delivery across diverse functional teams. Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and product management leaders to maintain execution rhythm, remove blockers, and ensure alignment. Track system-level metrics, dependencies, and milestones to ensure on schedule delivery. Manage operational schedules and release planning across multiple global development teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 6+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
• 3+ years of software development or engineering experience
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs, working with customers, building scalable processes, and coordinating multi-phase release schedules
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and business outcomes
  
  

• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional execution across software, operations, and testing organizations
• Experience in networking, telecomunication, distributed systems, or large-scale operational software environments.
